16 hands. He last worked on 11/15/25 and retired with a small apical fragment in the right front medial sesamoid. In May of 2025, he had a right front fetlock chip removed. Ghost has completed stall rest and round pen time and is ready to begin solo small pasture turnout for thirty days, and tack walking. He is hoped to heal with no athletic limitations if his return to work is completed carefully. A PPE is recommended for an athletic career.

He is bred to be a hard worker, and his demeanor since he’s been with us has shown him to be very intelligent, pleasant to work with, and able to adapt to new settings quickly. He will be a good fit for an adopter looking for a partner/career involving regular work with a clear sense of progress – h/j and eventing seem like natural options for him. Ghost loves peppermints and waits politely while his friends have theirs, too.
Ghost stands well for blanketing and grooming and was a very good boy for his picture session!
