16 hands. He last worked on 12/14/24 and retired with a sesamoid fracture. He has finished his rehab and is ready to get back under saddle.
Trojan has settled in well to retirement and is enjoying being turned out and relaxing. He is respectful of his handlers and stands well for bathing and grooming. He walks nicely on a lead rope and is quiet in his stall. He is good to go out alone or with friends. He keeps to himself in the barn and doesn’t bother his neighbors. He seems to be an easy keeper. A polite horse to have in your barn.
Trojan is an intelligent and laid-back horse under saddle. Nothing seemed to bother him, he stood still at the mounting block and waited until asked to walk on his first under saddle with us. He is a bit off at the trot at this time but with time and injections or supplements this should resolve. He has a lovely trot that is not too forward. He will make a nice lesson horse for intermediate riders. He is sensible and classy and could also make a nice amateur or family horse.
He should be best suited for flat work.
