16 hands. He last worked on 10/11/24 and retired with a knee chip. He has a small bit of arthritis in the top of his left front knee. He has been hand walking for 30 plus days at the racetrack before transitioning to Second Stride. He is currently on round pen turnout.
He was castrated on 12/11/24.
A very well-behaved young horse. He was respectful before gelding and did not act studdish in any way. He walks politely when transitioning to stall and field and is respectful of his handlers. He is well behaved for grooming, vet and farrier and doesn’t mind being groomed while eating grain. We expect him to be a wonderful little gelding.
He is ready to get back slowly under saddle and will be ready for full training early next year. He should be suitable for any discipline.
