Jig is settling in well to farm life and seems to enjoy the laid back lifestyle of retirement. He is well behaved, but he can be playful in the field. Jig stands well for grooming, and he does have good ground manners. He is quiet in his stall and doesn’t bother his neighbors. He hasn’t shown us any vices and is a nice horse to have in the barn.
Jig is well behaved under saddle and listens well. He has a nice forward trot but he doesn’t have the need to go anywhere too fast. He does enjoy going on a trot around the farm and seems to enjoy being out and working. He gives you everything he has and is a hard worker.
Jig has a beautiful, floaty trot that will make him a ribbon winner in the show ring! He is sensible and seems intelligent. A classy boy. He walks politely on a lead rope and is a nice horse to be around.
Jig was well behaved for the vet and farrier.
He should be suitable for any discipline. We do recommend a PPE for athletic use.
