16 hands. He was a barn favorite at the racetrack and was a race winner of over $261,000! He last ran on 3/14/22 and retired with a right knee slab fracture. We do have xrays. He also has an old slab fracture on the same knee. Date of injury is not known, but it is healed.
A lovely horse to be around, he is kind and easy going. Engine is currently going out with other geldings and doing great. He settles down quickly to graze and gets along well with his companions. Engine is currently moving soundly under saddle and enjoys going on long hacks around the farm! He is brave and sensible. He is an on the buckle ride but does need work learning how to stand at the mounting block and with dismounting as well.
He will have limited athletic ability and is best suited for flat work or trails.
