15.3 hands. She never raced and has been a broodmare in the past. She is no longer able to be bred.
She does have mild arthritis in her neck that does not seem to bother her. She is missing her tail. She did have a hip fracture in the past and her hips are now asymmetrical.
Adel has earned her retirement and will be suited for a pasture mate/babysitter only. She has been a babysitter the last several years and enjoys being out with others. Currently, she is with a young filly and they get along very well. She is quiet in her stall and settles down quickly to graze. She doesn’t mind being in the stall at night and is also comfortable outside 24/7.
She stood well for the vet and farrier. She loves her grooming sessions and enjoys attention.
