15.3 plus hands. She last raced in 2016. She is now retired from breeding as well.
Mistress is a sweet mare with a good disposition. She is turned out at night with an older and younger mare and does very well. She is good in her stall and doesn’t cause any trouble. She settles down quickly to graze when turned out. We were not told of any prior injuries.
Mistress was very good for grooming and tacking up. She did great on her first ride in several years and seemed very willing, intelligent and enjoyed the ride. She is suitable for any discipline that she can handle but we think trails and western work would suit her best. She can be a bit spicy under saddle so she will be better suited for and intermediate and up rider.
She stays quiet in her stall and was good for the vet and farrier.
A lovely older mare worthy of more love, time and attention.
