!!! ADOPTED !!!

America is now turning out with other geldings and does well. He does like to play and be frisky when outside. He is back under saddle at a walk, trot. He will be suitable for trails or competitive trails. He does have a fracture on the inside sesamoid.

America is a kind gelding and pleasant to be around. He settled in nicely to farm life and is good in his stall. He seems to have a good foundation and is respectful of his handlers. He keeps to himself in the barn and enjoys watching what is going on.

America had his first ride under saddle in 8 months and did very well. He is currently training at a walk and light trot. He was fairly relaxed and listened well to leg pressure. He is an intelligent boy that will pick things up quickly and turn into a great riding horse! He can start to canter in March 2025. He did very well under western tack and was not shy about opening and closing gates his first time out. A truly special boy. He stands quietly for western mounting and dismounting.

He is a cribber and stall weaver.

America is well behaved for grooming, blanketing, and loves his treats!
