16 hands. He last raced in 2013. He has been restarted in pleasure riding and smaller jumps. He has had some light dressage training but he does get weak in the hind end so this should not be his main focus. He has had tieback surgery years ago. He will cough at the trot and canter so easier trails will be his best option.
Gray is a quirky fellow with a kind disposition. He will stick out his tongue to be silly. He enjoys being around other geldings and is quiet in the field and stall. He does like his hay next to his water bucket so he can dunk it to soften. He does not need to eat off the ground and does well with a hanging grain bucket.
Gray is a respectable fellow and will do most anything for a treat. He is good to work with and stands well for the vet and farrier. He doesn’t seem to have any vices. He is full of love and kisses and is an overall joy to have in the barn.
A lovely fellow for an intermediate and up rider.
