16 hands. Of the Moment last worked on 5/17/24 and retired with a right front rupture of the superficial tendon. He is currently turning out with a quiet gelding a grass paddock.
Of the Moment is a charismatic and intelligent gelding who loves to be the center of activity. He loves being groomed, hugged, pet and fed treats. He is currently under saddle at a walk and slow trot and seems to enjoy getting back to work. He has been well behaved and trustworthy under saddle. With time and training, Of the Moment will make an excellent partner for gentle trails and farm riding. He should not ever canter under saddle due to the severity of his past injury.
Of The Moment walks kindly on a lead rope and is respectful of his handlers. He is loving and kind and will be a special horse to have in your barn and as part of your life.
He is well behaved and calm under saddle. He didn’t mind the weight of a western saddle and did well learning new things. He was calm on a windy brave and seems brave to take out and explore.
He was castrated on 7/11/24.
Of the Moment is well-behaved for the vet and farrier.
