Norbert has a personality as kind as he is tall. He does need a patient person who can give him time to learn his new surroundings and what is being asked of him. He is a horse that can be anxious in new situations as of now. We are confident that with regular work and kind, respectful corrections, he will gain self confidence and trust in his handler. He does walk well on a lead rope and is respectful when being groomed. He will need help understanding fly spray is a good thing.
Norbert stands well for the vet and farrier.
Norbert settled in quickly to farm life and is a pleasure to work around. He seems intelligent and curious and gets along well with other geldings when turned out.
Norbert will be a fun guy to bring along and/or learn with. He should be suitable for any discipline.
