16.2 1/2 hands. He last raced on 1/6/24 and retired sound. He has had a chip removed from the left knee at some point.
He was castrated on 3/28/24.
Melee is a big boy with a big personality. He is kind and inquisitive. He can be a bit skittish to new noises but seems to be overcoming this as his time here has gone on. He settled in well to farm life and seems to enjoy the laid back way of his new life. He appears to be a classy horse that will be a quick learner in whatever discipline he is put in.
Melee is quiet in his stall and while out. He respects his handlers and is good for grooming and handling. He stood well for bathing and grooming. He is very well mannered and responds well to queues.
He stood well for the vet.
He should be suitable for any discipline. A PPE is recommended for a more athletic career.
