16 hands. Last raced August 2017 at Saratoga. He has been on full turnout for sometime before coming to Second Stride.
Gris is a big bodied, striking dark bay gelding that will be suitable for any discipline. He is reported sound by our vet and ready for a new job. He does a have a slight clubbed foot that does not seem to bother him in the field. He currently has on special shoes for his foot that is keeping him sound under saddle. He shows no vices in or out of the stall and gets along well with others in the field. He stands well for the vet and farrier and has settled in nicely to his new surroundings. A very kind horse with a good disposition. He will make a nice prospect, a fun horse to ride!
