16.1 hands. King is a winner of over $463,000! He retired sound and was a pony horse at the track for a while, but he did not care for that job.
King is gorgeous boy that is very well put together. He is sound and we were not told of any injuries. He does have slight hind windpuffs in his fetlocks. He is able to train at full athletic ability. King is a hard worker with a great work ethic. He needs and wants a job. He will be best suited for a more experienced rider that has time to work with him regularly for a successful transition off the track. He has a strong canter and forward trot. He was brave over ground poles and doesn’t seem bothered by the arena. King has a lovely, big stride and is full of potential in whatever direction you want to take him!
He stood well for our vet and farrier. King does like to explore with his mouth but not meaning to hurt anyone and will help you keep your reflexes on point!
