16 hands. He last worked on 5/24/24 and retired sound. He does have a divot in his canon bone which is a depression or indentation on the surface of the bone. We are not sure how the divot got there. He was given 6 months off from the track and sent back after rest.
Heartbreaker is just that, a heartbreaker! A lovely gelding to be with. He is kind and easy going with gentle disposition. He remains quite in his stall and does well when turned out with other geldings.
He has settled in well to our farm and is respectful of his handlers. He walks nicely on a lead rope and doesn’t seem to have any vices.
We suggest a PPE for athletic use. He should be suitable for low-mid level disciplines.
