Charge is a friendly gelding who has adapted very well to farm life. Chickens, dogs, cats, miniature cows – everyone is his friend. He stands well for grooming and is respectful walking with his handlers. He lifts his feet well, is easy to blanket, and is polite while being tacked up. He is happy in a stall with ample hay,and does well in the pasture with his gelding buddy. He can be very aggressive towards other geldings at times, and this should be taken into consideration when adopting.
Charge does very well under saddle at the walk. He will be a wonderful trail or farm riding horse. He is comfortable in a western saddle. He is not suitable for more than walking rides.
Charge stood well for the vet and farrier.
He was castrated on 2/8/24.
Listed adoption fees will be half off the listed price if paid and picked up through August 1.
