16.1 plus hands. He last raced on 1/20/24 and retired sound. A winner of over $205,000 he is a true war horse and deserves a loving home to pursue his new job. He does have a sway back. He has had knee surgery in the past.
Evan is a sweet and laid back boy with a kind disposition. He is easy to groom and work with. He enjoys attention and stands quietly for the vet and farrier. He is respectful of his handlers and settles down quickly to graze once turned out with other geldings. He is quiet in his stall and doesn’t seem to have any vices.
He should be suitable for any discipline. He is wearing hind shoes now but could go barefoot as he continues to transition off the track.
