16.1 hands. He last raced on 12/29/22 and was retired due to breathing issues. He did have surgery.
A gorgeous gray gelding, he was gelded on 3/1/23.
He will be suitable for light work only as he will have limited breathing capacity.
Etched is a gorgeous gray that takes your breath away when you see him. A darker gray than what you usually see, he is a wonderful piece of eye candy who will turn heads anywhere he goes! You will be the envy of the barn!
Etched is good to work with but will need a confident handler as he can be energetic. He enjoys his grooming sessions. He is respectful of his handlers and is currently being hand walked. He does well while out but does want to be the boss. He enjoys his time grazing.
Etch did well on his first ride and was forward and willing. He is athletic and can be tried as a sport horse but he may not have the breathing capacity to do the work. A PPE is recommended for sport horse use.
