16 hands. He never raced and retired in March of 2024 with an irritated tendon on the left front. We are not sure of when he originally had the bow.
Eli is currently on turnout with other geldings and doing well. He is respectful of his friends and his handlers. He was well behaved for grooming and bathing and seems to enjoy the interaction. Eli stays quiet in his stall and settles down quickly to graze upon turnout.
Eli is learning about life off the track and will need an adopter that can give him the time and patience he needs to learn about his new surroundings. Once he becomes comfortable, he is a lovely horse to work with and be around.
Eli stands well for the vet and farrier. He should be suitable for any discipline.
