16 hands. She last raced on 3/8/25 and retired with a right front medial knee slab fracture. She is currently on round pen turnout and doing well. She will be on round pen turnout until 6/8/25. At that point, she will need evaluation for full turn out and possibly riding.
Wowie is a lovely filly to be around and work with. She is polite and gentle with an intelligent nature. She has stayed quiet in her stall and has been quiet in the round pen. She does well in her stall and seems to be an easy keeper. We haven’t noticed any vices.
Wowie was well behaved for grooming and for the vet and farrier.
She will be best suited for flat work. She will develop arthritis in the knee if she has a jumping career.
