16.1 1/2 hands. He last raced on 7/3/23 and was retired due to arthritis in the left knee. He is sound at the walk at this time.
Ranger is a very sweet gelding that settled right in to farm life. He walks respectfully on a lead rope and is nice to work with. He has a crooked way of traveling behind but it is just the way he moves and he travels soundly over the ground. He currently requires hind shoes for comfort.
He has a big personality and heart. A nice guy to work with and be around. He was well behaved for the vet.
He is quiet in his stall and we haven’t noticed any vices.
He is cleared for flat work and trails.
