16.2 hands. Cuy last raced on 7/10/22 and retired with a right hind suspensory injury. The injury is now cold and does not bother him. He does trot with a limp but he is not painful on the leg.
Cuy is a kind gelding to work with but can be energetic in the field. He is good in his stall. He is respectful of his handlers and walks calmly on a lead rope. Cuy is a fun gelding with a fun-loving personality. He is playful with other horses and is very good with children and adults. He enjoys attention and a good treat! He is very gentle and would make a great walk only flat trails horse, nonriding therapy horse or companion to one who doesn’t mind to still have a little fun in the field. He drops his head for grooming and really enjoys the attention and love.
He was good for the vet and farrier as well.
Cuy is best suited for easy trails, companionship, non-riding therapy, greeter to your farm or a nice welcome home face when you get home from work and travels!
Cuy is a very easy keeper. He is a cribber but it is controlled with a strap.
