15.2 hands. She last raced in 2o18 and retired sound. She has had 3 foals, the last being in 2024. She is a granddaughter of Storm Cat with lineage back to Terlingua, Secretariat, Northern Dancer and Fappiano on her mother’s side. She is the mother of Second Stride graduate, Razzaluna. We do not have her papers. She is eligible for the RRP Broodmare Division.
Celtic is a petite mare that is looking for her 3rd career as a trail horse or any lower level age appropriate discipline. She has been turned out 24/7 in her previous home, but she does fine in a stall as well. She gets along well with her mare friends and doesn’t seem to have any vices. She behaves well for grooming, vet and farrier. She is respectful of her handlers and caretakers. She doesn’t seem to be the dominate mare when turned out and can take care of herself in the herd.
A very lovely little mare that should excel in her next venture and is ready to get started in her new job. She is very positive, patient and kind under saddle. She doesn’t seem buddy sour and is willing to put in a good day’s work for her partner.
