16 hands. She last raced on 8/17/24 and retired sound. We are not aware of an injury history. A PPE is highly recommended for a sport career. She is an allowance race winner of over $112,000 and has proven herself to be a classy mare and hard worker. We do not have her papers.
Buoy has settled in well to our farm and was turned out on day one with other mares and did very well. She walks respectfully on a lead rope, loads and unloads well from a step-up slant loader and stays quiet in her stall. She settles down quickly to graze when out and we haven’t noticed any vices.
Under saddle, she moves forward with contact and breaks into a well balanced and graceful trot and canter. A nice hopeful for a dressage career….
She should be suitable for any discipline.
