15.3 hands. Bucky is a retired track pony and retired sound. He has traveled the world over taking high profile racing thoroughbreds to the gates of the world’s top racetracks, even to Dubai. Forever Unbridled, Hoist The Gold, Unbridled Forever, Commanding Curve just to name a few greats Bucky has sent to the gates.
Intelligent and kind, he has seen and done it all and nothing seems to phase him. He isn’t an affectionate guy but he will allow lots of snuggles and kisses. He is well mannered and is very tolerant of other horses.
We are not sure of any past injuries but he currently moves soundly. We turned him out on day one with other, quiet geldings and he did very well.
Bucky has a nice forward walk and trot and he does require a rider with very soft hands. He’s a steady Eddy with a great brain and ready to hit the trails with his new partner.
