16 plus hands. He last raced on 4/29/23 and retired with a small knee chip, right front.
Lute is currently on round pen turnout until 6/11/23, at which his soundness for riding will be evaluated.
He was castrated on 5/11/23.
Lute is a great all-around package with great looks and equally great personality! He is quiet in his stall and enjoys watching what is happening on the farm. He is well behaved and nice to work with. Lute is respectful of his handlers and is quiet while grooming and bathing.
Lute is cleared for any discipline but may need injections in the knee to help with soundness if he is in a more athletic career. The knee chip could be removed for greatest future activiity levels.
Lute was good for the vet and farrier and enjoys attention and grooming. He will make a nice prospect for any partner that has the time to bring him along correctly.
