15.3 hands. She never raced or worked and is sound. She is not broodmare candidate.
Back Lot is a sweet mare. She will need someone with enough experience to show her the world isn’t such a scary place. She needs a patient, kind handler to work with her as she is a work in progress. She does get nervous when someone is working with her hind end. She may need extra caution when the farrier trims her hinds.
She enjoys her grooming sessions but if they last too long, she will let you know. A curious girl that is learning about her new surroundings. Her adopter will need to be someone who has several days each week to work with her.
She stood well for our vet, but you must take your time.
Back Lot is a tiny girl but has a mighty big heart and will do best with an experienced and confident handler/rider to help her gain skills. She has a lot of potential with the right owner; she should shine in her new role. She should be suitable for trails and pleasure riding.
Listed application fees will be half off the listed price through August 1.
