16.2 plus hands. He never raced and has no published works. He retired due to an offset knee.
He was castrated in late May.
Aplomb is an enormous 2 year old gelding who should still be growing. He is working on his coordination and figuring life out. He is a good boy but has no idea about personal space and his size. He is well behaved and well meaning and just needs time to learn how big he is and how to coordinate his legs with his body. He is well behaved for baths and grooming and enjoys being around people.
Aplomb is a lightly ridden, recently gelded 2 year old and will need a professional or top advanced ammy rider at this time. He is strong and uneducated but is willing and does listen. He will be a nice project to bring along and see how far you both can go. We think he will grow into a gorgeous older boy.
He should be suitable for any low level discipline. A PPE is recommended for a jumping career.
