Growing. He has not been started under saddle as he suffered a sesamoid fracture as a foal. He is extremely green and will need a professional handler/rider at this time. We are doing groundwork with him, to get him used to all things farm life. He had his first bath and did fairly well but will need gentle correction for standing. He is coming along, and we expect him to get more confident and trusting as the months go by.
He was castrated in late May.
He is learning to walk on a lead rope. He is learning how to be groomed and standing for vet and farrier. He will be a complete project for his adopter in all aspects. We expect him to be a great partner once he learns how to respect his handlers and start under saddle.
He is available for adoption now to an approved and experienced applicant.
Listed adoption fees will be half off the listed price if paid and picked up through August 1.
Please submit an Adoption Application with your inquiries.
Approved Application is required to see a horse.
