16 plus hands. He never raced and last worked on 10/31/24 and was retired. He does have mild arthritis in his right knee. He has some bone bruising in his fetlocks, but this will soon heal. He has been turned out and making friends over the last year.
Monaco is a well mannered gelding that seems respectful of his handlers and pasture friends. He caused no drama when first meeting new friends and settled in quickly to graze. He does like to play but isn’t rough. He doesn’t like to be turned out alone and needs at least one friend. He seems to be an easy keeper. He is quiet in his stall and doesn’t bother his neighbors. A pleasurable horse to have in the barn.
Monaco should be suitable for any low to mid level discipline. A PPE is recommended for an athletic career.
