16 hands. He last worked on 2/8/25 and retired with left front medial branch tendonitis. He is now fully rehabbed and ready to ride.
Talon is a well behaved gelding with a good attitude. He is respectful of his handlers and stands well for bathing, grooming, vet and farrier. He is quiet in his stall and settles down quickly to graze. He gets along well with the geldings he turns out with.
He will need an experienced rider at this time as he can be unpredictable under saddle at times. His second ride he was well behaved and did nothing wrong. He is forward and willing to work. A pleasant horse to be around. With time and rides, he should be a nice athletic prospect or project horse. He should be suitable for low level disciplines.
