16 hands. She last raced on 4/13/24 and retired with a right knee fracture. She is currently on round pen turnout until 9/25/24. At that point, she will need to be checked for soundness before being riden.
Savage Darling is relaxed in her stall and spends her days looking out her door to see what is going on around the farm. She seems to be intelligent and kind and has done well with round pen turnout. She is good for grooming and seems to respect her handlers. She walks respectfully on a lead rope and enjoys being out and seeing what is happening around her.
A lovely mare to work with, she seems level headed and calm. We haven’t noticed any vices.
She will be suitable for flat, non speed disciplines only.
Through September, all listed adoption fees will be half off. Companion only horses fees will be waived.
