16 hands. He had one race on 11/25 /22 at Gulfstream Park and retired with a bowed tendon. We do have the scan.
Awesome is a gorgeous bay gelding with kind eyes and sweet disposition.
Awesome settled in quickly to farm life – he is polite and gentle with his handlers and with other horses.
Awesome’s first training ride fit his name – he offered a big, showy trot and correct canter leads when asked, and stopped immediately when asked as well. He walked calmly on a loose rein over six poles on the ground. He appears to be very athletic and should excel in any discipline, without limitations.
He doesn’t mind having his mane pulled or being clipped.
