16 hands. She last raced 2/17/05 and is a winner of over $114,000! She has spent the last 6 years just hanging out on a farm.
She has settled in nicely to our farm and was immediately turned out with other mares and did great. She stood well for our vet, and he found no issues with her soundness. She is sound and ready to train. Due to her age, she would be best suited for shorter, slow trail rides or as a nice babysitter/companion. Bee will do best in a home where she can be turned out 24/7. Bee is not a fan of geldings and will do best being out with only mares and fillies. She does enjoy a nice trail ride with a gelding.
Bee has had several hacks around our farm and is coming along with each ride. She does get buddy sour and will need an experienced rider. She does relax while out on a ride and is not at all spooky. She does like to get back to the barn and can get a bit jiggy. Bee is a sweet girl to be around and a lovely older mare.
Bee’s fee will be waived to an approved adopter that will provide updates with pictures and allow her a lifelong home.
