15.3 hands. Last raced 12/5/2020 and was retired with a left knee chip and cyst. We do have x-rays. He was previously adopted into a trail home 4 years ago and returned due to no fault of his own.
Super well bred, he is by Union Rags out of an Orientate/Smart Strike/Relaunch mare. He was a $200k yearling purchase.
This handsome guy is a class act. He’s the spitting image of his sire and has an easy-going personality, a very friendly boy. Though he can try to nip at times, it took him all of about ten minutes to become the barn favorite.
Theo is on turnout with other geldings. He has such an easy-going personality and is a lovely boy to be around. Over the last 4 years, he has been ridden sparingly as a trail horse; he can continue on with this type of riding. He could possibly do more under saddle with injections in his knee. He is ready to have his own person again.
Theo stands like a champ for the farrier and loves to be cuddled! He is well mannered for grooming, tacking up and bathing. He respects his handlers and other horses. A lovely horse to have in your barn and life!
