Growing. He was not going to make it as a racehorse and was responsibly transitioned. He does have a large OCD lesion in his left stifle that will require surgery for him to be more than a companion.
Rumor is a personable, friendly boy that has settled in quickly to his new surroundings. He will follow you around waiting patiently for a neck scratch or head pat. He enjoys attention and will return the love. He is easy to work with and walks well on a lead rope. Rumor seems very smart and sensible. He hasn’t been skiddish and takes things in stride. He has been socializing with a yearling and doing well.
Rumor will be suitable for an experienced handler that has worked with young horses in the past and has a herd to turn him out with to learn.
He stood fairly well for grooming.
